The questions related to the friendly relations and multilateral cooperation of Tajikistan and the United States were discussed at the meeting.

Today I am very glad to have met you. I am also satisfied with the fact that today we come to certain conclusions about the results of the meetings in the countries of Central Asia.
It gives me pleasure to be in Tajikistan. I am looking forward to discuss with you the mutually beneficial to both parties topical issues.
The Government of the United States is encouraging that the Republic of Tajikistan is an independent country and is committed to solving its economic problems.
We will further continue cooperation with the Republic of Tajikistan. It was stated that the current relationship of Tajikistan and the United States in the fields of politics, economy and trade, humanitarian sectors - education, culture, wellbeing, security, combating international terrorism, etc. are effectively developing, taking into account the interests of both sides.
It was stressed that Tajikistan and America will try to strengthen and develop cooperation in the Central Asian region.
