After the inauguration of a new building of Danghara State University, the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon attended and addressed the festive event meeting of the Knowledge Day, Peace Lesson and the start of the new academic year.

Firstly, President of the country Emomali Rahmon congratulated the audience and residents of Dangara district on the 25th anniversary of State Independence, the new school year, and the inauguration of various facilities in the district.

During his address, President Emomali Rahmon spoke on the development of science and education, achievements of the sphere, and reforms in these sectors, and stressed that from the beginning we have been paying special attention in our policies to the education of adolescents and young people with modern knowledge, educating them in the spirit of patriotism, pride in their country and state, fostering sense of national identity and respect for the history and culture.

The result of these aspirations and actions is that the young people of Tajikistan with high enthusiasm tend to study modern sciences, information, trades, and crafts, and, more than ever, take efforts and have worthy aspirations for progress and improvement of our beloved homeland.

It was emphasized that via the reforms and the implementation of government programs, more than 2,500 educational institutions have been built, thousands of other institutions have been repaired and brought in line with modern standards to date.

Also, the material-technical basis of institutions was strengthened and the modern technology was introduced into the system of education; in the jubilee year, the issue of computerization of educational institutions was brought to 111%.

After the address of the Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon, a group of students and residents, addressing the President, expressed appreciation to the Head of State for the peace and stability, complete unity, integrity of the country, and ensuring worthy life of the people.
