Personnel changes

The Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan His Excellency Emomali Rahmon has made a series of staff changes in the structure of the law enforcement agencies and Ministry of Economic Development and Trade.

By the decrees of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Hikmatullo Pirakzoda was appointed the First Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Border Troops – the Chief of the Main Border Guard Directorate under the State Committee for National Security of Tajikistan. Nurullo Abdullozoda was appointed Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Border Troops under the State Committee for National Security of Tajikistan.

In agreement with the President of Tajikistan, the chief of SCNS’s Border Guards offices and commanders of the SCNS’s border detachment of the Border Guards in the GBAO and Khatlon Provinces were replaced.

Top officials were also replaced at the SCNS’s central apparatus.

In addition, by the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Soleh Huseinzoda was relieved of his post of Deputy Minister of Defense.

In line with other resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Umed Davlatzoda was relieved of his post of Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade in connection with his transfer to other job. Jurazoda Tojiddin, who served the Deputy Chairman of the Local Development Committee under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, was appointed Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade.

In line with other governmental decrees, Bekmurodi Aidibek Shirinbekzoda was relieved of his post of head of the administration of the Free Economic Zone "Ishkashim". Tohirjonzoda Suraj Ghulomamad was appointed to this post.

By other decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Safarov Saidjafar was relieved of his post of the First Deputy Director of the State Institution "National Library of Tajikistan".

"Be sincere and work together with the people to eliminate existing problems," - said the President during an open conversation with the newly appointed personnel.
