In the Henan Province capital - Zhengzhou, the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon met with Secretary of Henan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China Wang Guosheng.

Bilateral relations and their prospects, particularly in trade and the economy, experiences in agricultural development and other issues being of mutual interest were the subject of discussion.

The President expressed his satisfaction with the level and content of partnership cooperation with China, which is based on trust, for the benefit of the peoples of Tajikistan and China, covering the political, trade, economic, humanitarian spheres.

Attraction of investments of Henan Province for the promotion of the economy of Tajikistan, the establishment of joint ventures for the processing of agricultural and industrial products were recognized as a model example of the development of regional cooperation.
