On December 23, 2022, in the large hall of "Somon Palace" of the Residence of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, delivered his annual Address "On Major Dimensions of Tajikistan's Domestic and Foreign Policy " to the Majlisi Oli (Parliament) of the Republic of Tajikistan at the joint meeting of the Majlisi milli and the Majlisi namoyandagon Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan.
