Meeting with Prime Minister of Kingdom of Thailand Yingluck Shinawatra

This morning in Kuwait the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon met with the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand Ms. Yingluck Shinawatra.

The issues of cooperation between Tajikistan and Thailand, including on the basis of legal-treaty documents signed between the two countries, have been discussed at the meeting.

There has been stressed the necessity of effective implementation of 7 important cooperation documents, which have been signed during the official visit of the President of Tajikistan to Thailand in August 2005 in the domains of trade, economy, science, technology, tourism and attraction of investments.

The sides have agreed to establish a Joint Intergovernmental Commission on Bilateral Multisectoral Cooperation in order to more deeply enhance the bilateral relations.

The Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand Ms. Yingluck Shinawatra has been invited for an official visit to Tajikistan.
