The issues of cooperation of Tajikistan in energy area were substantially discussed with Energy Charter Secretary General Urban Rusnak and at the Forum “New opportunities of investment in energy sphere of Tajikistan”.

Head of Tajik State Emomali Rahmon during a tete-a-tete meeting with Urban Rusnak expressed confidence that this meeting as well as organized forum of Energy Charter will give a serious impetus to wide attraction of investments and unprecedented development of this vital area.

During this meeting and Forum “New opportunities of investment in energy sphere of Tajikistan” Emomali Rahmon personally presented investment projects in energy sphere of our country, the majority of which are aimed at the development of the whole region, and invited authoritative state and business circles of the European Union and its member states for fruitful cooperation in this sphere.
