This evening in Palace of King of Malaysia a meeting was held between the President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon and King of Malaysia His Majesty Abdulhalim Muazzam.

A constructive talk took place on different aspects of relations between Tajikistan and Malaysia.

It was expressed gratification over the first state visit of President of Tajikistan to Malaysia and creation of the first legal treaty basis of cooperation between the two countries.

It was voiced confidence that further ties between the two friendly countries will gain more impetus and expansion, since up to date beneficial cooperation is observed between Tajikistan and Malaysia, particularly in the field of higher education.
