Today, the President of the country Emomali Rahmon visited the Educational Complex of Public Enterprise “Educational Centre for Adults of Tajikistan”.
The Educational Centre for Adults of Tajikistan trains the people with different ages – from the young to 60-year-old, first of all, unemployed and labor migrants for 48 skills and qualifications, such as welders, inspectors of electric power, plumbers, tuners, repairmen, car metalworkers, builders, masons, carpenters, engravers, plasterers, locksmiths, concrete mixers, steelmen, stonemasons, jewelers, potters, farmers, entrepreneurs, wool-processing specialists, weavers, tailors, designers, accountants, cooks, confectioners, communication operator, computer operator, etc.
The children which are missing their schools and working in the labor market, are being involved to special training in this centre with support of international and humanitarian organizations.
Another advantage of this enterprise is that the talented and skilful persons obtain a necessary certificate without passing a training course after taking an exam. The certificates of skills and qualifications of this enterprise are recognized even abroad. Thus, in 2011 the professional skills of 11 thousand citizens, including the labor migrants, have been certified by a special certification.
The material and technical basis of the Centre has been improved with support of the Federal Republic of Germany, the Republic of Turkey and the Islamic Republic of Iran. Moreover, the repair and diagnostic centre for cars has been equipped with support of the Government of Germany and its trainers have passed the professional advancement courses in this country.
