Meeting with the Vice President of the "Huawei» company Ms. Lin Zhu Tsi

President of the Republic of Tajikistan H.E. Mr. Emomali Rahmon at a meeting with the Vice President of the "Huawei» company Ms. Lin Zhu Tsi discussed issues of cooperation in the field of highly developed teleradiocommunications with this Chinese company.

It is recalled that Huawei is the largest Chinese company in this sphere and it has offices in more than 100 countries. The company has cooperated with Tajikistan since 2009, one of the largest projects of Huawei in our country is a "Safe City", that is the installation of CCTV cameras in the streets of the city of Dushanbe.

In addition, Huawei company is engaged in import, construction and installation of telecommunications networks, radio broadcasting, television, and the maintenance of radio-electronic means, including radio, satellite and radio telephones, ground stations and radiomodems in Tajikistan.

President Emomali Rahmon, along with the import and installation of modern technology in various fields, noted the need to develop cooperation in terms of training Tajik specialists for effective action in this area.

Huawei Company management has stated its readiness to train in China dozens of young Tajik specialists.

During the conversation the sides discussed various aspects of the continuation and expansion of cooperation between Tajikistan and that Chinese company.
