During the meeting with Parliamentary Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs of Japan Minoru Kiuchi the issues of cooperation of Tajikistan with this developed country of the world were reviewed.
The Head of State Emomali Rahmon stressed “sincere interest of Tajikistan in strengthening and expanding long-term wide-ranging cooperation with Japan”.
It was expressed satisfaction over the unbiased supports of Japan in socio-economic development of Tajikistan, which are realized through investment in projects in different spheres of social life. It was also noted that only Japan International Cooperation Agency has allocated 300 million USD of grants and technical aids to Tajikistan.
The sides mentioned that also 2 new documents on technical aid of Japan to road-building and healthcare sectors of Tajikistan will be signed in the margins of the meeting of foreign ministers of ACD.
